Privacy policy

• Your account: name, work email and role, set up by your company, so you can sign in.
• Your conversations: your questions, attachments and the assistant’s answers, so you can come back to them. Delete one and it’s deleted, with its attachments; copies in our encrypted backups expire on their own.
• Approvals: a record of changes the assistant proposed and who approved them, so your company can see what happened.
• Usage: how much the assistant was used, so your company can see its costs.

Plus basic technical logs (times and error codes) to keep the service running. Nothing is kept for any other purpose.

When you ask about tenants, units or work orders, the assistant reads your company’s Rent Manager account at that moment to answer you. We don’t copy it into a separate database, our logs or our monitoring. Nothing is changed in Rent Manager unless a person with permission approves it.

Speech is turned into text on your device by Apple’s or Google’s built-in speech recognition. We never receive the recording, only the text you choose to send.

The service runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States, and the assistant’s answers are written by AI models on Amazon Bedrock. Amazon doesn’t use your questions or answers to train its models. No other company receives your questions or answers.

Everything travels encrypted. Each company’s data is kept separate, and the server checks your permissions on every request. On your phone or tablet, your sign-in is kept in the device’s secure storage.

Delete conversations at any time in the app or on the web. To change your account, ask your company’s administrator. To delete it, see Delete your account. Your company can ask us to delete all of its data at any time. RoshooChat is for business use by adults.
